As president of integrating marketing firm, Gould & Associates Inc., intrepid entrepreneur Debra Gould was a frequent contributor of marketing columns for Profit Magazine throughout the 1990s.
She wrote a chapter for the book Marketing Masters: The Best Ideas, Tips & Strategies from Canada’s Savviest Marketeers, published in 1998. In it she explored the various promotional strategies that could be used by small businesses to foster loyalty and keep customers coming back.
